The German premium brand for school satchels and accessories was founded in 2003 by Fredy Zwenger. School-Mood places particular emphasis on sustainability, customisable design and, above all, an ergonomic fit. The innovative ‘Easy Fit’ carrying system and the ‘Grow-with-you’ system ensure that the School-Mood school bag always fits your child perfectly. Recycled materials and carbon-neutral production are just as much a given as materials that are free from PVC and PFC. A special feature is the interchangeable ‘Patchies’, which allow each school bag to be personalised. The well-thought-out compartment layout is practical. Reflective elements ensure safety.

School-Mood offers high-quality school bags for primary school children, which stand out thanks to their ergonomic design, sustainability and customisation options. The range includes various models, such as the “Timeless”, which, at just under one kilogramme and with a volume of 23 litres, is a real lightweight; the “Champion’, which stands out above all for its clever layout, and the ‘Champion Maxx’, which, thanks to its ‘Grow-with-you system’, guarantees almost infinitely variable adjustment to the child’s height. This means the Timeless and the Champion Maxx grow with the child from Year 1 to Year 4. Safety is a top priority and is ensured by reflective elements on the school bags.
All models are available as 7-piece sets and include a gym bag, a well-equipped pencil case, a pencil roll, a lunchbox, 2 Patchies and a tag. The front pocket of the School-Mood satchels is particularly practical; thanks to its clever expansion pleat, it offers enough space for two lunch boxes. With the Patchies and Moodies, every satchel can be customised to suit the child’s own ideas. From dinosaurs to unicorns, there’s something to suit every taste.

In 2003, School-Mood was the first to launch a school rucksack that stood out thanks to its chest and hip straps . To this day, this carrying system makes it easier for children to carry heavy school rucksacks. Since then, School-Mood has established itself as a manufacturer of high-quality, innovative and sustainable school bags.
The focus is on ergonomics, sustainability and suitability for everyday use. School-Mood’s models impress with their timeless designs in a wide range of colours. The following models are available:
Timeless Air+ – the lightweight
- Weighs just around 990 g
- Offers approx. 23 litres of generous storage space
- Ergonomic back padding and an Air-Flow system ensure optimal ventilation, whilst reflective panels ensure good visibility even in bad weather
Champion – the clever all-rounder
- Weighs just 995 g
- Offers a well-designed interior layout with a 21-litre capacity. The Easy-Fit system allows the straps to be easily adjusted. Large side pockets provide space for water bottles.
Champion Maxx – the flexible one
- Weighs approx. 1,150 g
- Capacity approx. 21 litres
- Can be adjusted almost continuously to the child’s height thanks to the ‘Grow with you’ system.
- The Champion Maxx impresses with its generous compartment layout and an insulated front pocket.
All models are made from recycled materials and are PFC-free. All models are available as a practical 7-piece set, which, in addition to the school bag, includes a matching gym bag, a well-equipped pencil case, a pencil roll, a lunchbox, a neck pouch and interchangeable Patchies for personalisation.
