The Portable Porter Company Carry On S
Founded in 1948 by Herbert Mingo, The Portable Porter Company invented the first wheels for luggage and became synonymous with this invention. In 2020, Herbert’s grandson reopened the archives and catapulted the company into the 21st century. As a tribute to the revolutionary portable luggage carrier, The Portable Porter Company has brought the past into the present and playfully reinterpreted the Carry On.
The Carry On (S) from The Portable Porter Company, crafted from high-quality and durable materials, is the ideal companion for travellers. Features include the Makrolon® outer shell (polycarbonate, made in Germany), four Hinimoto 360 spinner wheels manufactured in Japan, and the bespoke RPET lining in a limited-edition collection print – recycled from 15 plastic bottles per suitcase. Combined with a compression system and a waterproof laundry bag that makes packing all your essentials easier, the Carry On fits into the overhead luggage compartment of all major European airlines (please check permitted dimensions with the airline before your flight).
