How do I return my goods?
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days*. Koffer24 will cover the cost of the return for you**.
Processing the return may take up to 14 days.
IMPORTANT: If your goods are damaged or have any other defects, please ensure you contact our customer service team before returning the goods, either by email at mail@Koffer24.de, via our contact form, or by phone during our service hours.

Create a return label
Print out the returns label and stick it clearly on your parcel.
Pack and send
Pack the items properly and take the parcel to your nearest parcel shop

Applies only in Germany when using the return label provided by us. If the value of the goods you wish to keep is less than €40, you will be charged for the return. In this case, you will bear the costs of the return yourself. For goods worth €40 or more, the return is free of charge for you.
Please note: The right of return is excluded for the delivery of goods that are manufactured to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. customised car cases).
