Delivery time

Please refer to the individual product page for delivery times. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, delivery for items in stock takes approximately 1–2 working days from the first working day following receipt of payment.
For orders placed by 3 pm, products that are immediately available are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm are usually dispatched the following day. No dispatches are made on Saturdays.

Shipping

Goods are dispatched in their original packaging. Parcel services deliver to the kerbside or front door. Please note that as deliveries are made via parcel services, it is not possible to specify an exact delivery date. Furthermore, DPD does not offer deliveries to Packstation or post offices. It is often helpful to leave a note on your front door or in your letterbox for the parcel service if you are not at home.

Tracking

You will receive an email from us containing the shipping details and a tracking link to track your parcel.
You can also view the shipping details and tracking link under "My Account".

Delivery within Germany is free of charge for orders with a gross value of €40 or more.
